Please ensure that you order the correct sizing as "refunds for wrong sizing" will not be accepted. The size charts are on the product page. The product fits to size. If the fit is different, a note will usually be added above the size chart.
If you prefer your clothes very adjusted and fitted, order to size as per chart. If you like your clothes to fit loosely, order one or two sizes above the chart sizes.
Most of the products are not printed in mass quantities, they are printed as ordered and therefore cannot be returned if the wrong size has been ordered. Only if there is a product deficiency can it be returned and refunded. I hope you understand.
When can I expect to receive my package?
Every single item is custom printed just for you, and it will take us 5-10 business days to print and make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.

Can I track my package?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames below, please contact our help support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to assist!
It may take up to 24h for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system.
I never received my package, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived within 45 days for apparel products and 60 days for home decor products, shoes, boots, luggage covers, car seat covers, hooded blankets and bags after having ordered, contact one of our customer service at email@example.com and we will do our best to help you!
How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
International buyers! - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?
